ASA and its partners sought to educate members of Congress on the vital issues
that could have a deep impact on the PHCP and
PVF industry.

The American Supply Association held a Washington, D.C., Legislative Fly-In April 30 – May 1, 2008, in partnership with the Air Conditioning Contractors Association, Heating, Airconditioning & Refrigeration Distributors International, and Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association, to educate members of Congress on the vital issues before both legislative bodies that could have a deep impact on the PHCP and PVF industry.

Fifteen ASA members visited 32 Representatives and Senators and presented ASA’s position on nearly a dozen issues, with special focus on tax legislation, water infrastructure funding and union card check legislation.
