As of that time there was $327 billion worth of industrial projects scheduled to begin construction in 2008, with most of the growth coming from the energy sector.

As of that time there was $327 billion worth of industrial projects scheduled to begin construction in 2008, with most of the growth coming from the energy sector.
January marked the second month in a row of robust project spending, following 31.2% growth in December 2007 after four months in a row of a declining Index.
