The Heating, Airconditioning and Refrigeration Distributors International (HARDI) said Richard Wirtz, CMS, AAS, HARDI’s associate director of education, has been named the recipient of the 2009 Imperial Award for the Commercial Air Conditioning Specialist Examination from RSES. This award is presented to the Specialist Member who achieves the highest score on the Commercial Air Conditioning Specialist Examination. This is the fourth RSES Certificate Member Specialist certification Wirtz has received to date. He has worked in the HVAC/R industry for 40 years.
