ICOR International Inc. has opened a new center to provide ACR service technicians with refrigerant-related diagnostic support.

“There has been a sharp increase of retrofit activity in the ACR sector with many companies making the move to HFC blends far ahead of the federal mandate,” said Jim Terry, manager of engineering services for ICOR. “With so many refrigerant options available, service technicians are in need of a reliable sounding board they can reach from the jobsite.”

The “TECH-2-TECH” team is staffed with seasoned veterans of the ACR industry experienced in residential a/c units to commercial/industrial refrigeration systems.
