Several
state-based health and environmental agencies have issued statements that
granite countertops typically found in homes do not pose a health risk to
consumers.
The U.S. Dept. of Commerce issued a preliminary determination Aug. 28
that Chinese imports of welded austenitic stainless steel pressure pipe were
dumped at a margin of 22.03%.
Hercules Chemical Co. announced that, on Friday, Aug. 22, 2008, it filed a petition for
