IPS Corp. has acquired Los Angeles-based American Brass and Aluminum Foundry (AB&A). AB&A produces and markets a full line of bath wastes, plastic, cast iron and brass plumbing drains and fittings, cleanouts and associated accessories. IPS Corp. manufactures industrial and commercial solvent cements, primers, sealants, plumbing and roofing products, as well as structural and assembly adhesives.  

“AB&A will immediately become a key brand and product area for IPS Corp., as we continue to offer bundled solutions and a more streamlined process for our customers,” said IPS Corp. Plumbing Division President Nick Cassella.
