Once again, the Wholesalers Association of the North East (WANE) and the New York State Plumbing & Heating Wholesalers Committee will co-host the annual Channel Partners Reunion, June 11 & 12 at The Otesaga Resort in historic Cooperstown, NY. Members of the Committee are Keith Bennett from Security Supply Corp., Gary Bosley from Erb Company, and Mike Stetter from Irr Supply.

Last year, nearly 120 owners, principals and retirees representing 37 different wholesalers, manufacturers, service vendors, and independent manufacturer representative firms from throughout New York State and the WANE region gathered for an old-fashioned, New York State-style get-together in the spirit of camaraderie and long-standing traditions. This year’s event will offer much of the same and more.

The event will begin on Sunday evening with a cocktail & hors d’oeuvres reception on the hotel veranda overlooking beautiful Lake Otsego, followed by dinner. After breakfast on Monday morning, the featured speakers will be Mark Alesse, the Director of NFIB/ New York State, and Mark Bitz, a sixth-generation owner of three businesses located in upstate New York. Bitz is the author of a new book titled, “Creating a Prosperous New York State,” in which he provides his common sense analysis about New York’s economic situation and recommendations for change. Following lunch, golfers will enjoy a round of play on the premier Leatherstocking Golf Course, which is considered by many to be one of the East’s most scenic and challenging resort golf courses.

For more information about this special event, please contact Chris Murin from WANE at 312-464-0090 x 223 or Keith Bennett from Security Supply Corporation in Selkirk, NY at 800-333-2226.
